On voyage from Guanta to Cartagena de Indias on 4 August 1998 she stranded in Puerto Escondido Bay, between San Roman and Tumatey Point, in Lat. 12° 10ī 30"N and Long. 69° 57ī48"W loaded with bagged salt. She had 1 metre of water in her engine room and the ballast tanks number 2,3 and 4 on starboard side was full of water. She was abandoned by crew as lies.
