M/T Nynäs I (SFUW)

Built at Öresundsvarvet, Landskrona as new construction, hull number 29. She was delivered 2 November 1929. She was sold 1956 to Rederi AB Sebou in Gothenburg and renamed to Sebou. She weighed 300 Dw.tons and had a speed at 9 knots. Nynäs was equipped with one 2 - stroke single acting 6 - cylinder Atlas Diesel delivering 300 i.h.p. In 1957 she get a new engine one 4-cyl. A/S Völund 4-stroke single acting diesel engine at 300 i.h.p. In 1968 she was lengthening and weighed 475 Dw.tons. In 1972 she get a new machinery one 5-cyl. A/S Völund 4-stroke single acting diesel engine at 375 i.h.p. In 1977 sold to Inge Sanden, Stockholm with same name. 1979 sold to Enar Gunnarsson, Lysekil and renamed to Tarina II. 1984 sold to AB Cyklamen 44, Karlshamn and renamed to Tarina II af Karlshamn. 1987 sold to Johan Vult von Steyern, Vellinge with same name. 1988 sold to Rederi AB Celica and renamed to Tarina II. 1990 sold to Straits Barge Co. Ltd. Gibraltar and renamed to Brunito. Nynäs first commander was G. Hester and chief engineer A.W. Lindgren.
